The Printmakers of Cape Cod are celebrating their 50th anniversary with a special exhibition at the Cape Cod Museum of Art in Dennis, Massachusetts. The show features a diverse collection of traditional and experimental printmaking works. 

Hearts Squared and Circles Squared explore pattern: its scale, color, texture and the degree of contrast between shapes and their backgrounds. Collage papers with small scale to larger scale patterns are gelatin plate prints. Positive and negative shapes play against each other.  Epoxy resin intensifies colors and reveals unexpected transparencies, sometimes showing both sides of thin papers.
