 Barbara Ford Doyle was born and raised on a small farm in Connecticut where her family always had one or more dogs. She attended UMass and Southern Connecticut University majoring in art education. Moving to Cape Cod, she taught art and photography in public schools. Doyle's calendars—over three hundred illustrations—have brought joy to collectors of her work.
